As a video production company, we have a significant requirement to transcribe video interviews, often with individuals talking about complex issues or using industry specific jargon. Since entering into a partnership with Take Note we have had consistently high-quality results all delivered on time. The ability to quickly select what type of transcription is required is particularly useful, and with the instant quotation facility we can alert clients to ongoing costs. Their online portal for loading and downloading files is complete secure and suitable for dealing with sensitive materials. When I use Take Note for my transcriptions I know I don't need to worry as they always do a great job. They have become my go to for transcripts. The online platform is really easy to use, and I love that you can play around with the different options and see the price implication instantly. They have always delivered on time (or even early) and the transcripts have been accurate. Plus the staff are lovely every time I have had to email them which is always a plus!

Been using Take Note for transcription services for about 8 years now in different roles. They always deliver on time, transcriptions are accurate, and the way they have evolved their systems to allow quick upload of audio and quick download of transcriptions is excellent. They are all lovely too :) Highly recommended. Oh and the 'detailed notes' service makes things so much easier to read if you don't need pure verbatims.

Lovely company. They have been able to provide us with a minute taker at a short notice- I mean 30 min notice which I find astounding! Always quite on the ball when it comes to being organised- track of documents and zoom links etc needed for the meeting. We always get the minutes in less than 48 hours from when we had the meeting so quite a quick turnaround. We have been using them for probably close to 2 years.
