It is an amazing restaurant. I didn't make reservation just walk in. The course is: Eat until full! (おまかせOmakase course) Start from crab meat ball, I had 8 skewers and 1 drink. I was afraid it will cost a lot but actually around 30004000yen for this portion. The ingredients are fresh and good quality. I will definitely go again!

Delicious fried skewers, great atmosphere, and good sake selection. The building is very traditional Japanese in style, which fits in well with the deep history of the town. They used excellent ingredients, and everything was fried to perfection. They have an excellent selection of local sake including, Fujii Shuzo, and Taketsuru.

縁があって、そのまま予約なしでお店入ると食べられるのは食後で調べてたら、実はちょうラッキーが分かりました。おまかせコースで食べられない状態でストップまでに私は 12 本いただきました。最初はカニで、最後はアスパラでした。全部新鮮な食材で作って美味しかった。また竹原来たら、絶対行きたいお店です!
約１年ぶりにお店に四人で訪れました。初めて訪れた一人は、店内の和風の飾り付けにとても感動していました。又料理の串揚げにも大変驚きと美味しさに大満足をしていました。最後にアイスクリームの串揚げを頬張ってマタマタ大満足でした。竹原にいいお店が有るとは、知らなくてとても残念と言っていた、次回予約をしてみんなで、串揚げを食べに行きます。
