Atención horrible, fui a solicitar un documento por segundo día consecutivo. Supuestamente el documento no se podía emitir porque eran las 17 hrs pero el local cierra a las 18 hrs, la atención fue horrible, llame al call center para saber si había sido emitido el documento y aún no lo habían emitido. Me cambio yo y toda mi familia de AFP. Era un grupo de mujeres que conversaban pues ni clientes habían a esa hora.
