We started a pet care business a year and a half ago and engaged Talbot Williams to handle our accounting function. I'm so glad we made this decision, our accountant (Sasha) has been absolutely phenomenal! Despite the fact that we left it right to the last minute to complete our books for the year, Sasha worked hard to get our accounts correct and in on time, even working late on Christmas eve! This was definitely above and beyond the call of duty! Whilst we were preparing our books they were on hand to answer our questions - explanations were very clear and we were encouraged to ask if we were in doubt, no matter how stupid the question may seem to us. During our years in business we have used many accountants, most of whom promised the earth and delivered a very standard service. Talbot Williams has done just the opposite.
