HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Don’t be fooled by those positive reviews. I have never reviewed in my life before but really wanted to share my experience. They “fixed”my roof for almost 3k back in February. Then they came out again a few months later to fix it. And now it’s leaking AGAIN for the third time in 8 months. I spoke with Jason when I originally signed the contract and he said we’ll fix it for a year even though the warranty only extends for 30 days! Keep in mind they’re only fixing the roof, I paid someone else 2k to fix the drywall. And now it’s damaged again since Talco didn’t do its job properly. When I called today, the lady told me Joe, the owner, said the warranty has been expired and plus we don’t do residential properties anymore. People please take ownership of your unfixed job!

Unbelievable service with unbelievable communication. If other contractors in this area were half as reliable and as honest as Joe Cassidy and Brian Lancaster, they might give them a run for the money. However, until they have a professional epiphany and figure out how to run their business instead of lifting and tricking out their company vehicles, Joe and Brian are more than worth the time investment and money. Speaking of money, you get what you pay for. Not the cheapest (but pretty darn close), but definitely the best and worth the money. Cannot convey the amount of stress and time Joe and his crew have saved me.
Word cannot describe how amazing Talco is! Their quality of service and professionalism is above the rest. From start to finish we were valued as a customer always updated of the process and when it came down to getting our roof done it was done quickly. I definitely, highly recommend Talco for any roofing jobs you may have. I do need to mention that Trina is absolutely gem! She answered all my questions and would respond quickly to ant calls or text. She gave us the confidence and peace of mind that we were talking to the roofing company. I also want to give a big thumbs up to the crew that worked on putting the new roof on. They were respectful, punctual and efficient. Talco as a whole are true professionals and a company you can trust! Finally, the roof looks gorgeous! We are absolutely in love with it! Well done Talco! Thank you so much!
My roof was finished in 1 day! My neighbors were all totally impressed it was so fast! The company communicated all the details throughout the process as out dumpster drop off, permit plans, etc...They cleaned up all of their work and had a very polite and professional crew working for them. I highly recommend this company for a roof replacement.!
From the minute we called for help as the water was pouring into the bedroom we felt like we belonged to the Talco family. Brian, sales, was patient and honest. Waiting through multiple estimates, we found that Talco's prices were reasonable and fair. They use the best products in the industry. The process was fast and painless and we received communication throughout. We are thrilled with are new roof and the assurance we have that Talco is there if anything is ever needed again.
