I could not recommend Talent Pool more. They make the recruitment process so easy and give you the quality without the ridiculous prices. Will be using them in much more in the future

Having had the portal for 2 months and and input very flexible asks on salary etc I haven't had a single approach. In addition to this the website/portal is not easy to understand how to use it or what aspects of the profile are important. This website would benefit greatly for a service to help people build their profiles even a simple bot could fulfil the function. Feels very much like a useless service and I wasted my time signing up to it, do not recommend others to waste their time.

I would highly recommend TalentPool to any graduate on the job hunt. They are very personable and really understand the needs of graduates, meaning they are able to connect you with relevant and exciting positions. Their 'Meet the Talent' events are particularly helpful and unlike anything I have encountered with other recruiters. The event gave us the chance to meet employers and gain really a meaningful insight into their companies. TalentPool are a refreshing change in the often tedious and impersonal graduate job market. TalentPool gave me an extra boost in a long and arduous job search, and ended up being the route by which I found my first full-time job in London after graduating University. It's the perfect tool for someone with a particular set of qualifications and/or skills who isn't entirely sure what exactly they want to do, as you'll be approached from a variety of businesses. It's not perfect - sometimes you'll be approached again for a job you've already declined, but for the most part it's very useful.
