They are very prompt and professional when they’re trying to encourage you to live there. Once you’ve signed the lease they do not answer the phones or emails. They did not communicate that they have a pest issue that is so bad to the point they contract pest control to come out every week. The entire community is covered in dog feces. The maintained of the apartments and the equipment (washer, dryer, fridge etc.) is very poor most of the stuff doesn’t work in the apartment. We went without heat or ac and the kitchen sink was leaking for two weeks even tho I called and emailed (got no response) until one day the the maintenance man came by and said they said you had an issue here. They didn’t even throughly explain the issue. They lack compassion and empathy especially in the times of covid. I would say if you’re looking for an apartment or place to live this is not the place they’re very rude and unprofessional. The apartments not the complex looks anything like the photos they’re very rundown, the complex smells of animals, they do not clean the pools. I honestly could go on all day.

I am currently in the process of becoming a new resident with 2626 Park Apartments, and my first experience was amazing. Samantha was an excellent leasing consultant , she not only provided me with detailed touring as well as astounding customer service. Samantha made me feel welcomed and excited about my new journey. I truly believe that she is a essential asset to have apart of any residential community.
I am a current resident at 2626 Apartments. I am currently in the last month of my lease and my AC has not been working for over a month. I have put in serveral maintenance requests and sent e-mails in which no response has been given. They didn't even offer me a window unit. I had to request it. No one has reached out to me about the matter. I've upheld my contractual agreement and I feel as though they should do the same. I for one am glad I will be leaving soon.
