Omg the food was amazing!! It was my first time in there, and I must say the oxtails was amazing! The gentleman that helped me at the register had great customer service skills. The Mac and cheese was different and that was a great. I loved the fact that it was made different then normal, it stood out from different Mac and cheese from other places I've had before. All the seasoning and spices came together great. Hands down to the chef. This will be a must that I go back and I will bring family and friends so that they can help spread the word. Thank you for the true meaning of great cultural food!

Food was good, the only complaint I have they forgot to gave me ranch dressing for my salad.
(DO NOT GO HERE OR ORDER ONLINE via post mates and Uber eats etc.) I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED and DISGUSTED by the quality of the customer service I got by JASON at 509 Caribbean Tallahassee ,very disrespectful individual. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THERE IS PITIFUL. I do not care how busy you are treat everyone with respect I’m spending my hard earned money on your food. On multiple occasions I have had issues with my food being incorrect , something is always unavailable and incorrect. The food already isn’t all that great anymore. I’m very disappointed that this is the only Haitian restaurant in the area. The last resort!!! They seriously need new management and new employees that listen and can follow simple instructions.
This was second time I've eaten here. Food is awesome and staff is friendly. Food was hot and delicious. I always get griot meal. My wife is Haitian so it's nice to find Haitian cuisine in places we travel to to. I'd recommend to place to anyone.
Something different, something good. Friendly service, good prices, awesome food. Plantains were delish and the pork is so flavorful. Plan on taking it to go though. No seating.

One word. Wow! Genuinely good food with excellent flavor, texture and temp. Got the eggplant parm and it was served casserole style - but still had a nice crunch for the eggplant breading. Spaghetti was al-dente and had a great flavor profile. Tiramisu tasted very fresh and had a good balance of everything. Overall two thumbs up! We will be back soon.
I just got done eating and felt the need to say something, because it was that good and the 4.1 rating makes no sense. My meal was delicious. The Poul So was delicious, the plantains were perfect, and the red rice and beans were amazing. :D
