Details08/28/2020 Totally clueless about dentures. They had to repair my cracked top plate and tlid me they would fit perfectly without re-align. I told them no way but because they were under warranty I would not need a re-align. So I left upset and the lady told me she would bring my dentures outside to me when they were repaired. They were supposed to be ready at 10:45 am. At 11:55 am I knocked on door and now they want me to come inside and see if they fit. Suddenly I am a patient again? So they put dentures in my mouth and they don’t fit. She calls the Doctor in and he says they don’t fit. I say is this not the discussion we had this morning that led to you kicking me out and going to just bring my dentures to me outside? So can you get them fixed today? No we have others in front of you. I had a 9:00 appointment. So now I have to go back a week later to spend all day again to get my dentures re-aligned. Doc did ask me couldn’t I just use glue? I told him yes I can but then I don’t need you. Totally unhappy with Affordable Dentures. I paid over 2500 for dentures that fit and for dentures that have a useless 7 year warranty. After next Thursday I will part ways from Affordable Dentures. I would not recommend them at all. Highly unprofessional. Jamie Parks

I have been using AD for 10 years. Bought serial dentures. I know the difference between economy fit and ultimate fit. They are selling economy dentures as utimate fit dentures. And they are advertising real fit 3d dentures, when they can't make them because those were the dentures we wanted. They told me they did not have a lab tech. to do the job because he quit. And the 3D lab is closed.

Worst dental appointment of my life. Dentist wouldn't listen to me or consider my feelings at all. I would never refer any one to go there. If you do go there plan on waiting an hour or longer before your name is called.
