So far it's been a blast. I learned a lot. And hope to work in other areas of the company some day.

okay so I shop here all the time I've brought numerous amounts of parts from here also brought two backpack RedMax blowers from here so today I called to get parts got placed on hold for 17 minutes and 39 seconds so I said well why not go up to the store I was close by I figured I could go in and get a price on some parts so the individual that helped me he act as if he really didn't want to help me was a little sarcastic kind of acted as if my business didn't matter but oh well maybe I'll try again another day when someone else is at the register

No, seriously. J R is not kidding. Internally, they have as much quality as their work shows externally. The owner either really doesn't care how his people are treated or he enjoys feeling superior to his workers. In most cases, the mistreatment of his employees shows in the work they do. The best supervisor was Kim, don't know if she's still there, but I know when I was there it was a pleasure to work for her and she was the only reason I tolerated the low pay and racist treatment from Robin.

Horrible place to work for, the female supervisor treats workers like trash. Very disrespectful and makes the work environment very hostile. They make sure they let you know you aren’t important to them as an employee. Don’t ever expect to get ahead here, you can work for years with no raise and they start you barely above minimum wage and the work you do is definitely worth more. They look to hire the people who are desperate for a job or people fresh out of prison who can’t find jobs anywhere and then treat them horribly because they feel the workers they choose have no where else to go.

I have a leak in my irrigation that they installed this summer and it feels like they are avoiding me in hopes to not have to fix it. I've called six times over the course of 3 months. I've left phone messages and even spoke with someone twice. They told me they were busy and would get back to me the next week. As you could guess…no phone call.
