If there was a way to give this company zero stars, that’s what I would have done. My hardwood floors were peeling up and I filed a claim with my insurance company. They chose this company to determine if I had had some type of leak in the past that caused the floors to warp and peel. I made it completely clear that this was a time sensitive issue because the hardwoods were going to be taken up in order for new floors to be put down. However the technician that this company sent did not show up and no one called to tell me he was not coming. The next day I was called and told he had “truck trouble” but he would be there that day. Again he did not show up. He did not show up on Friday or Saturday either. By the time he finally showed up on Monday the floors had already been removed and there was nothing he could do. I don’t know how much his truck issue cost him but it cost me 16,000. I guess that must be the only truck in their fleet and he must be their only employee.

Only used them once so far and will definitely call them again and they are on time
They found 2 water leaks on the main line in my yard that other plumbers could not find and fixed them promptly. They were courteous and professional.
They were over an hour late and did not call customer
