Update 2020SEP03: exactly 8 weeks later, I received a text message from \Envision Physician Services\ about my bill and could view it online. It appears that Anesthesiology Associates has resolved their billing issues! Regarding Dr O'neill: my surgerygeneral anesthesia today is the first time I've felt mentally 100% in less than two weeks following a surgery. I've had 4 other surgeries over the past 15 years and the mental fog took 2 weeks to 2 months to wear off; not exaggerating, not even a little. I'd like to know what Dr O'neill did differently for future reference! Pro tip: Anesthesiology Associates used to offer a 20% discount if you paid your bill in full as opposed to setting up recurring payments. They don't advertise that option - you had to know to ask - not sure if they still do this, but I'll update again when I find out.

3 years after having surgery with full insurance, these people send an 1329 bill to collection with no notice. I have already paid them in full and now randomly it has been added to my account. Its like they dont record payments on purpose just to hurt people later in life. I would give a lower review if it was possible.

I had my son in 2018 and paid my bill. It was around 200.00. Yet, they STILL sent my bill to a collections agency and they're trying to collect over 300! It's 2020 and I'm looking through my payment records to prove to a collection agency I paid my bill from 2018. I don't normally write reviews, but I saw that I'm not the only one this is happening to, so I thought I'd chime in.

The doctors are great but my bill was sent to collections before I ever received it just like several other people here. I've spoken to someone twice on the phone and was told my bill was in the mail but over a month later I have not received it and I'm still getting calls from the debt collection agency. So frustrating.
