I am so impressed with the staff here!! Everyone is so warm and kind. I highly recommend for vaccinations, teeth cleaning service, office visit and grooming. Melissa, the groomer is a real gem . I left them in her care and within 3 hours she turned my raggedy dogs into real beauties. I highly recommend her. I'm blown away at how amazing my pups look. Thanks to everyone here who is helping me get my dogs back into good health.

I believe that most of the people working at this center are great workers, people, and service. I’ve never ran into any medical issues with my dog going here. HOWEVER, the lady working the front desk should go through training. She constantly seems flustered, doesn’t know ANY information, and will place me on hold without pressing the hold button. Because of this I can hear everything. She’s not very nice and seems to be stressed which causes me to NOT feel confident in attending this animal aid center. Her services makes me feel as if the center isn’t professional.

They took good care of my kitty when I took her to be spayed. Everyone wore masks & they took measures to insure social distancing.

This is a great place to get your animals fixed. Due to covid-19, everything is drop off and it's done outside. No entry. This means you're not going to get pampered and no, Karen from last week, you don't have an appointment. Everything starts at 7:30 and it stays busy all day. They ain't the boutique vet offering feline accupuncture and essential oils or an up-talking vet tech like out in Bradfordville past the Target chock full of rude and entitled people with more money than sense. This is a place that will fit your budget. The staff is overworked, and working as hard and as fast as they can. The important stuff is covered. Your pet will be fine, but your schedule may not be. Get over it. My dog is now fixed and chipped and I'm totally fine with the process.
