Shawn Castle is the owner of this business and the work he has personally done on my 2004 Toyota Tundra has damaged the truck beyond repair. He changed out the timing belt and water pump as a maintenance item and the job lasted about 20,000 miles before the entire cooling system blew up and left me stranded on the road. It took him a week to replace the damage he did and it was hard to understand why this company did nothing to make it right. Luckily I used my American Express and was able to contest the charges for the poor quality of the work done. The owner also checked my brakes twice stating there was nothing wrong with them. I found this difficult to believe because I could tell they were not working properly. Another mechanic immediately diagnosed the problem as rusted calipers and fixed the problem in less than an hour. It is unlikely the owner of this business ever looked at my brakes and was lying to me when he said they were fine and needed no repair. This was a dangerous lie to tell and it's lucky nobody was hurt. Do not use this company for any reason, they do all the work for Ultimate Image Auto and you will not be treated with any priority. I waited outside for hours for the truck to be ready and then had to get a hotel room nearby because it wasn't ready at the end of the day as promised. There were other people waiting for their cars as well, they were turned away disappointed.
