I will NEVER in My life rent from this place again. I’ve been waiting on my exchange love seat since July last year. I’ve received nothing but the run around when I’m paying my hard earned money on a sofa that’s been broken almost a year. Called corporate they were rude about everything only to tell me they may not be able to exchange my couch because I’ve encountered a roach infestation within a month but I’ve been waiting on a new sofa since July. How does my infestation have anything to do with my couch when I’ve been waiting literally 8 months. I’m sick of dealing with it and no one is here to help you’ve lost a loyal customer and I will never return. Also you should get better staff even the manager is rude.

I left a more detailed survey regarding your amazing employee Toni from my experience last night with her. She helped me to find some insurance refund I was owed as well which is pretty much going to my new payments. I also appreciate keeping my credit open after I paid it off last year, so that I wouldn’t have to run my credit again

I went in looking for a server and wound up with a sectional AND a server. Kent was so incredibly helpful and professional. I could tell he was training a new employee while helping us and seemed to be very thorough in explaining what he was doing while doing it and it didn't slow down the transaction at all. It was the most seamless, efficient and personable experience buying furniture I have ever had. One of our items is on back order, but he assured us that he would check on it from time to time to see if it could be expedited. I will definitely be back to see Kent for a new bedroom set soon!

My boyfriend and I went to this location to get a washer and dryer. Automatically we felt a little uneasy upon entrance like no one was willing to assist us, or at least hesitant about it. Fortunately there was a girl who eventually assisted us. So a couple days later I receive a call saying that they had sold the last washer and dryer to someone who had come in before us. Understood, so I had to wait to, maybe a week or two later the dryer finally comes. Three weeks later the washer finally comes , but they went to the WRONG ADDRESS. Which was an old address. When I ordered the set I informed them that I had moved and was told they would update my address. So I had to reschedule the delivery. When the manager called me later that day she told me that she was informed that I cancelled the delivery because they weren’t there on time. Which was a lie, they went to the wrong address. So, I rescheduled & confirmed my address again. The very next day, they still go to the WRONG ADDRESS. Eventually it was delivered, I am a young entrepreneur. I had to wait on them for hours, both days which caused me to lose money. At this point I’m fed up, Bad business & a lost customer.

Be careful and do your own quality check. They delivered damaged items. My wife swore that it looks like the floor model whereas it's supposed to be new.
