My grandpa really needed a wheelchair and i loved that they answered the phone so quickly when i was returning bethanys call. She was so attentive and always followed up with me since with my grandpas insurance requires authorization. She got it approved super quickly and then had it delivered the same day. i’ll continue to spread the world about this amazing company.
