I am in love with their protein shakes and açaí bowls! They are both very filling and good meal replacers on a pinch! Plus they are low cal and have good macros for diets, etc. You need to try it out if you get a chance!!

Excellent variety of nutritious shakes. This place is perfect for those who workout and for those looking to drop weight with meal replacement. Steve (the owner) is about as friendly as it gets and the service from the team making the shakes is top notch. This gem in Bannerman Crossing embodies all the reasons to support local business.

My wife and I frequent this place, we live on the other side of town but it is worth the drive to us. Steve, the owner, and his crew do a wonderful job and truly care about their customers. The shakes and teas are great as well!
