Love this office, hate state farm. I've been a customer of Bill Beaty's office for almost 3 years now and my agent Jennifer is the only reason I've decided to stay with State Farm. Jennifer has been very helpful in every situation I've had, ranging from my multiple vehicle changes to helping with my car accident I had back in 2013. State Farm on the other hand, I'm constantly having to argue with because my rate keeps going up unexpectedly and I'm frequently having to work with Jennifer to find ways to keep it down. The staff in the office are so kind, its for that very reason why I keep coming back! Thanks Bill Beaty's Office!

After leaving another Tallahassee State Farm agent last year for a host of agent screwups, and going into two new State Farm offices last year to interview agents and seeing what seems like offices that make it on volume and heavy sales calling not customer service I.... My daughter and I on separate policies switched to Progressive - WHAT A MISTAKE - when she went from a 1994 Mustang to a 2013 Ford Fiesta her insurance went from 1200 to 3000 a year.... with no other changes in her driving record and a great credit score. After a lot of searching around we found State Farm to have the best online quote. So I was back to finding a decent agent in Tallahassee (I have had 3 State Farm agents retire since moving to Tallahassee 5 years ago and have had State Farm for 25 plus years) So I walked into Bill Beaty's office and sat down with Jennifer Allen and could not have been happier, Jennifer has been selling Insurance for 15 years and it was obvious, she quickly was able to pull up our online quote, address a few problems by call to State Farm corporate, and was able to get my daughters insurance down to 1500 a year with better coverage than we had at Progressive that costed TWICE AS MUCH (3000), My daughter was ECSTATIC and relieved, I was so happy I switched my policy as well back to State Farm and Jennifer was able to get my \Good Driver/Accident Free\ discount from my old policy over to my new insurance. It was a whole 16 more a year total for my two vehicles than Progressive, but a cheap price to pay for 5 Star Service and not to have to deal with the idiots at Progressive. THANKS JENNIFER .... I can and will highly recommend you !!!!!
