So far, we have had a pleasant experience. The lady at the front desk is very helpful and kind every time we reach out to them. We don’t move in until next week, however, everything was clean, nice, and perfect for our new transition, during our visit :)

This places APPEARS to be nice but only allows one person and income on the application... yeah you heard that right. The only exception is through marriage, yet they don’t discriminate on the basis of “family status”. We weren’t even able to see a unit except for their in-office unit which was already a bad sign. The general vibe of the place is very strange as well. There are nicer, luxury apartments that make it easier for people to sign and lease so it is very perplexing how in-expensive it is compared to their standards of income and applicants. Edit: Based on their response, this place is clearly only wanting a specific type of people in their community and that is disheartening. My suggestion is to find a better community worth your money.
It’s awfully suspicious that I was contacted via email to choose a floor plan and provide my expected move in date, and after waiting several days to contact the office manager, I was told that I may not get a unit because of a waiting list. Why email me and ask me to provide my preferred floor plan and move in date??? Perhaps because I’m not Caucasian ... is this the reason why you now have a waiting list ?? The discrepancy makes me very sad. Your complex would have gained a stellar tenant. I’ll take my stellar income elsewhere.
Don't bother applying if you aren't making 15/hr. The refuse to combine income if you aren't married. The staff is very rude with nasty attitudes and they act like they are better than you. Spoke to the manager and they won't even negotiate. Don't waste your time on this "family oriented" apartment complex. It's for the upper class only.
