This was my annual maintenance service, and Dustin Wheeler is my service technician. He did his usual great job, very professional, answered all my questions and had everything done shortly afternoon, thus saving me a drive during rush hour. I could not be more satisfied.
Cameron Clifton was the service rep for this job. I provided a Porsche Classic Communications Management Plus system for installation in my 2002 Carrera. The Porsche sourced system presented a unique challenge to technician Dave Huschke. There were no instructions and getting information & guidance proved frustrating. However, he soldiered through and the end result was/is quite frankly spectacular. My 911 is 18 years old and now sports a state of the art communication system. The fit and finish is as if it came directly from the factory. Cameron kept me up to speed with the progress of the job. A couple of parts didn’t come with the system and had to be ordered. Cameron got them delivered the next day. It took longer than any of us expected but that’s what happens when you’re attempting something you’ve never done before. I’m very pleased with the result and highly recommend Capital Eurocar/Porsche of Tallahassee to anyone seeking service on their Porsche. Special kudos to Cameron & Dave, but everyone I encountered at the service department was top drawer. Thank you!
I took my Cayman to Capital Porsche Service to diagnose an issue that I have been having with my PCM3.0. Cameron Clifton met me as I arrived for the appointment. He spent time with me to understand the issue that I was experiencing and then went to get one of the technicians to make sure that nothing got lost in translation. It is my understanding that a great deal of time was spent in testing and diagnosing my issue. Cameron did a very nice job at explaining the problem, potential remedies, and costs associated with the remedies. He was also very candid about the potential limitations of the proposed solutions. Overall, I had a very positive experience with Capital Porsche Service because of Cameron Clifton.
