A miracle worker is what Risa is!!! And she was so humble about how much she helped me. Went in with vertigo-- went home with exercises and no vertigo! In addition, I went home with more knoweldge than when I went in. She explained EVERYTHING to me, and asked me several times if I had any questions. Amazing what an experienced person can do to help others--and with no meds!!! The entire experience was great; however, I must refer to another review and suggest that if office staff wants to pull masks down--do it where patients can't see it. Thank you so much!

Wish I could get the pain relief I needed. Staff REMOVED MASKS to chit chat at the front desk. I do not feel safe going there. I left before I could even have my first appointment. I'm saddened by this experience. Unfortunately I cannot trust that medical treatment facility staff understand how to follow basic CDC guidelines.
