We stay at this hotel several times a year and we usually have very good experiences, but this time when arrived the receptionist (Arkela?) was very rude, told us we didn't have a reservation and didn't even try to help us. She refused to help us until we'd gotten our masks, even though she wasn't wearing one and the other customer in the lobby did not have one either. Then she read my confirmation email for the correct location and refused to look it up in the computer. I had to call customer service who immediately knew the names were simply reversed, called the hotel to verify and then once the night shift had taken over we finally checked in. We had reserved a king with whirlpool and only got the king suite and my mil reserved a king suite and was given a queen. It was a very disappointing experience overall and we are considering stopping at another location in the future.

Floors could be CLEANED up better in my room 207. Overall first time stay, was pleasant. Don't get room by the stairs a little traffic noise. I'm booked for another stay!!! I do highly recommend as Overall experience from! Do have bagged breakfast in AM. Had water, banana, Grain bar, and pastry.

The staff was very pleasant and extremely helpful. The front seat staff made you feel welcomed. It was like night and day compared to the experience I had with the Days inn next door. I definitely recommend this hotel. The beds were comfortable. We stayed in a room with two queen size beds and a pull out couch. The shower had hot water and was very clean. The next morning I feed the family in the breakfast area. Three kids and my husband with no complaints. There was a continental breakfast with coffee , juice, eggs, cereal, bagels, and muffins. I wish I had gotten the lady cleaning and taking care of everyone in the breakfast area. She was amazing. She had a Lovely attitude. I am so glad I left the flooded Days Inn that was next door. I completely recommend this hotel to any travelers needing to stop off the highway. Drive a couple more feet past the days inn and it is on the left. Worth the 1100ft and extra money difference.

Checked into hotel and so far it’s nice, except only half of cable channels are working as of now. The only working news channel is fox “news” and I’m not watching that garbage. *update: Cable fixed on 2nd night thanks!

I want to give more stars, but staff was extremely rude to my family. Let me be clear a staff member upon checking in was awful. I'm not sure why she is working in customer service, she was very rude and dismissive. Upon reading other reviews this obviously isn't someone having a bad day. I will take my business elsewhere till she no longer works there.
