Reggie Smith

The lady that sits at the front desk is unfriendly. She makes it difficult to visit the dentist because of her bad demeanor. I thought maybe she was having a bad day, but she's unpleasant each time I visit. Brandy was unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable. Dr. Close is a good Dentist. I read reviews about how he treats his staff. I have never witnessed it. Won't be returning.

Dr Close has been outstanding in every way with myself,y son, and my friends. He has been my dentist for over 25 years, and it's nice that everybody I referred to him, has come back and used words like, Outstanding, Very Professional, he seems to really care about his patients, etc. In the early 50s he took out for wisdom teeth, two were impacted and I thought I was going to have to go in the hospital. Maybe this is unique for myself, yet after a day-and-a-half, where my wisdom teeth were, not only quit bleeding, they quit hurting. He truly does care about his patients Jeff Griggs

called a few times to make sure they took my insurance, was told after I drove 50 min to there facility that I was responsible for 89 of the visit!!! I wasn't happy per I was NOT informed this when I made appointment for my son! soooooo then they proceeded with the checkup, they did multiple things only after they where finished they told me I'm responsible for ANOTHER 100 bill, so that's 189 that I WAS NOT informed before I got there nor before they did whatever it was to cost that much!! I can tell you in my business if that happened where I DID NOT inform the customer of additional costs!! MY BUSINESS would eat that cost!! so on those reasons I am VERY UNHAPPY with the visit, I WILL NOT be going there again nor would recommend this facility.... oh BTW they where polite when presenting me with the large invoice!! lol SMH

I have been going to Dr. Close for over fifteen years. I have never experienced any issues with the staff or Dr. Close personally. Connie, the hygenist, is just wonderful. I would recommend her to anyone. The good doctor knows his profession and provides excellent care. He may not overwhelm you with his personality, but I don't go there for a social event. I trust his judgment and work.

I couldn't say anything more positive than the fact that Dr. Close does great dental work. I've only been going to his office for a short time, but his work has always been flawless. He also explains everything to you in clear terms so you can understand what is going on and what you can do to help better the situation.

I would like to first say Thank you to everyone in Dr.Close office because this was the best dental experience ever. To be greeted by the best reception Brandy and the warm care feeling from Katronda made my visit a success. Just like anyone else a dentist visit is always scary but Dr. Close bed side manners are over the top The BEST and it made me feel comfortable. Katronda stood by myself the entire journey. Brandy called to always check on me. I will refer everyone to them because they really care about your smile. And yes I’m smiling BIG now. Thanks to the Dr. Close Office Family ️

I would not recommend Dr. Close to anyone. We was very rude to and verbally abusive towards his staff. I went back after seeing this during my first visit because I thought maybe he was having a bad day, everyone does. On my second visit he was even ruder to the hygienist and snatched something out of her hand that visibly frightened her. The guy has some issues. A few months after the second visit I mentioned the incident to my periodontists hygienist and without telling her his name she knew who I was talking about because she had the same experience when she went to see him and has had other patients who have as well. Not sure what the turnover rate is like on his staff but I don't see how anyone could stay there for long. Again, the guy has some issues.

Very rude to staff... you have to see/hear it for yourself. He does seem competent as a dentist, but very little "bedside manners." The staff are very knowledgeable about his personality. I would not work there, but "to each their own." Bottom line... good dental work, but awful psychological atmosphere.
