Great company for processing credit card and check payments. Beware of the contract, though there is a 90 out clause, it's only good if you notify them 90 days prior to contract renewal. After the original 3 year commitment, the contract will auto renew each year, you get no notification and no copy of the renewed contract. What you do get is a commitment to pay the entire remainder of the contract from your date of notification until the end of contract. My contract "auto" renewed in August and I notified them in September we were ending our commitment and they informed me I would be liable for the remaining 11 months. I asked about the 90 day out clause and they said I would have had to cancel in May to use that, it's 90 days prior to the end of your contract, not any 90 days. Will cost me 1K to end this - they discounted 2 months - whoopie! Lastly, during discussions with the VP about them changing over to a new processing company which would require us to have new card scanners, there was never any mention of the contract, but a new contract was presented. Why? If my contract already was renewed, why am I asked to make another 3 year commitment?? Recognizing it would cost more than 1K to send this to our attorney, they will get their money - as I told him.....Merry Christmas!
