Had an appointment with Dr. Ko, called to confirm appointment 1 week prior, was given date and time. Upon coming in, they stated there was no record of appointment and they refused to let me have an eye exam. Even acknowledged there was a note in my chart about an appointment but no time officially set up. (Why was I given a date and time then?) Was told they would not see me the entire day because of their mess up. Don't waste your time here. Plenty of alternatives out there.

I called the office today to cancel an appointment and retrieve my medical records and Donna did an amazing job of assisting me. Such a personal touch to a professional experience.

We have seen Dr Trafton for years and most recently Dr Kato as Dr Trafton was not available on short notice. I’m impressed with both Drs knowledge, dx and treatment. Most of the time I am able to get an appt that works with my schedule. The receptionist that checked us in several times was very friendly ( I cannot remember her name but she wears glasses and sits closer to the door).

Astonishing. The medical community has classes for medical professionals like Eye Associates to learn how to interact with patients that are very, very nervous at the Dr's office. They should all go. (Edited for clarity. This provider needs the classes)
