Another outstanding job by Dennis and his crew from Fielder Tree Service yesterday. This is the second time I've used Fielder for big jobs at my house and I couldn't be happier. From the consultation and estimate to the final clean-up, every member of the team is professional, responsible, courteous, and willing to engage with homeowner questions. Amazing Service! From start to finish, so professional. From the bidding process make the appointment, appointment is confirmed with text and phone call. After appointment, estimate received with a thank you note for the opportunity (who even does that anymore?). Then when scheduled for the work , appointment is confirmed with text and phone call. AND\u003e\u003e\u003e\u003e they put door hangers on all of my neighbors door letting them know the day and time of the scheduled work apologizing for any inconvenience that may cause them. (awesome touch) Then... The day before the work day... A couple guys came out and surveyed the work to be done. They looked at the trees that were market to be trimmed, they took notes and left. On work day The guys come out the guys do their job quickly so extremely efficiently it's really amazing to watch. The job superintendent came by two or three separate occasions that I saw. He came in and checked the job then left and let them continue on. They cleaned up the entire time the worked. It wasn't a huge mess all over my yard and driveway and clean up at the end of the day... it was constant cleaning and the limbs and foliage were falling. I'm so happy I used them. Listen… We live way back in the woods we've been here for 20 years. We have had many different companies come out over the years to take trees down limb trees up raise our canopy etc. We have never had service like this before. Fielders is the Ritz Carlton of Tree Service. Thanks so much you guys! Oh and Yes! Im really happy the job you did too! My yard looks beautiful and you can see my home from the street again!!
The service was outstanding. They took care of everything even to the City connection. The crew was nice and quick. The yard looked amazing upon completion. The stomp removal -clean and flat. I am very very pleased at the level of workmanship. Thank you for cleaning up everything including the roof. Money well spent! I will be telling others about your service!
I'm a bit late writing a review, but I received service back in March and couldn't be happier. I shopped around for quotes from several other places before coming here, and they beat all the others big time! Honestly, I would go with Fielder and not even waste time on quotes. They were fast, high quality, and the most affordable for the job that I had.
I am blown away by the EXCELLENT service I received from Fielder! My AWESOME experience began when I spoke to Victoria, a customer service SUPERSTAR. Michael promptly provided a VERY COMPETITIVE estimate (out of 10). Samantha notified me by email, text, & phone to avoid any miscommunication. I wasn't even at home when the behemoth oak tree was removed. I had no worries because Fielder is LICENSED and INSURED The work crew did an OUTSTANDING job arrived EXACTLY ON TIME with a crane and several large trucks in their convoy. My yard was left completely UNSCATHED & in OUTSTANDING condition. I am TOTALLY satisfied. Thank you, Fielder Tree Service!
