Customers service is everything. Upon entering the store I was greeted. While observing different options with the kids for about 5 mins. An sales associate final recognized us an offer her (Lee or Tee) help. She help with getting the correct shoe an even answer questions I had concerning the shoes. While checking out at the counter the gentleman that help check me out. Showed No signs of quality customer satisfaction. He didn't speak, either ask for my email or if I had membership, didn't attempt to help complete my sale with other offers to go with my product nor did he thank me for the sale. The gentleman which I forgot his name body language stated he wasn't up for it. After exiting the store the young man who's at the gate count said thanks an have a good day. The moral of this review is I would just appreciate good customer service all around the board. That's makes your sales

Came in to shop and the rude guy with glasses at the door let me in dispute there being a line outside waiting for Jordan release. I then ask for some help and was told I couldn't be helped because they are "helping Jordan customers". You know the damn shoes are coming out..open early or have designated employees for those people... so the customer whose trying to buy 2 90 running shoes gets literally told no.. I asked the guy st the front why did he even let me in then?

Lol people must steal from this place cause there were 6 employee s at the register 5 boys and 1 girl all Staring me down like a hawk And clearly I didn't dress the part So no sweat pants and a t-shirt Look the part lol Store was clean and organized
