Staff was helpful at times, but communicates begrudgingly. Company charges fees to homeowners without providing notice which continuously accrues for years without homeowners being aware. Homeowners should be sure ask for an account summary every year.

Thank you to Joanie and her staff for being responsive and assisting me with getting board approval to replace my roof and paint my home!

Don’t even know why I pay this company. Their phone number goes straight to voicemail and their HOA zoom meeting password was incorrect. The lawn service they provide randomly skips our home at times and the yard gets overgrown. They only use a weed eater to “mow” the lawn. Unsatisfactory. Kept giving us notices about trimming our hedges after we trimmed them, when other neighbors hedges are noticeably the same. We got rid of the hedges instead.

Do not ever sign up your HOA with Joanie's services. She made our situation much worse and she should have any certifications stripped from her.

Would give zero stars if possible. Not that it matters. The folks working at this establishment a horrible at communication and not flexible at all. I think another review used the word “disrespectful” I think that sums it up well.
