Having called the number listed at 16:47 Hrs on a Wednesday late afternoon, my call was acknowledged within 3 rings and answered by a young lady with the utmost professionalism in what appeared to be a utmost genuine interest in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. After having been re directed to the most/best qualified individual to assist me in my inquires I again was greeted wiht the utmost genuine concern in assisting me with my concerns. For the answers not immediately available, I was promised a response to some incidental technical inquires I had within 24 hrs, and after satisfactorily conclusion of my call I felt fully satisfied. Great bunch of people who are available until at least 17:00 Hrs during the week wiht a great attitude in wanting to help. \Thank you\.

Zero stars isn’t an option, so one it is. A client of mine has been waiting nearly a year for an expungement to be processed on a case the State Attorney voluntarily dismissed. This is why people cannot secure employment, obtain desired housing or academically progress. This is also why crime rates and recidivism rates are high. My client cannot apply for employment because the unfounded charges are incorrectly reflecting on their criminal history report. The FDLE’s response is, “Sorry, we’re backed up.” It is inexcusable. It is beyond shameful. This is a prime example as to why criminal justice reform has become one of our nation’s priorities. Get it together Florida. Update on 1/15/19 - Our expungement application was received by FDLE on 6/15/19. My client's case was dismissed by the State Attorney on 11/29/17. Today, FDLE explained to me that they are backed up and processing April of 2018 applications meaning they are two months behind. My client, who had their case closed on a motion to dismiss made by the government, still has a criminal record and continues to suffer the consequences of a broken criminal justice system. It will be nearly two years before their record is expunged. There has got to be a better way of doing things. Come on, Florida! Why should someone wait two years to have their record expunged when the government dismissed the case on their own volition. This is a prime example of why people re-offend. It isn't justice when one can't get the job they need because their criminal record does not reflect accurately. Wake up, taxpayers.
