After wasting a week in Panama City looking for a good used car I finally drove over to Tallahassee to Franks Auto World. Frank has a nice variety of gently used cars, in good shape, clean and priced to sell! Josh did a great job of helping me look over the cars that I was interested in. Josh and the crew even stayed late on a Friday night so I could drive my new car home. Thank you Josh, Frank and the rest of the crew for a great used car buying experience!
Great experience all around. Luis was incredibly friendly, helpful, and overall awesome during the entire process. Jesse worked tirelessly to secure the right financing deal for me. While we could not come to a successful deal, that has zero to do with Luis, Jesse, or Frank's Autoworld. The issues that prevented a deal where 100% on my end and that should not at all reflect negatively on this dealership. I WILL be returning to Frank's when the issues are resolved. Highly recommend this place!

They gave us a great deal on our trade in, and they helped to find us a better loan than what we were already pre-qualified for. They even gave us money to fill up the gas tank!
