Hands down, the best customer service! Recently visited to look at a mount for my Vibe yak and Melissa assisted me. She was knowledgeable and wanted to make sure I got exactly what I needed/wanted. After I placed my order and left, she texted me other options to ensure exactly what I ordered was what I wanted. Got a call a few days ago and Harry told me it was in. I intended to pick it up today, but wound up arranging to grab it last night. Harry was out of town, but he got Kurt to meet me there. While they were closed, Kurt still allowed me to shop. He was very friendly and knowledgeable too! What a great crew at Harry Smith's Outdoors!!
