The doctors here are great. I’ve seen Dr Mignon and Dr. Allen all of who have been very kind and listens to what you have to say. However, upon the most recent visit I was very disturbed to see none of the receptionists had masks on. Many nurses were walking around the office without masks on. And there was no screening before entering the office. During COVID you should be able to seek healthcare and trust the office is doing all they can do to protect their workers and patients during a pandemic. It’s concerning to see a medical office show this much lack of care for safety during this time.

An immediate red flag is that the 5 star reviews on here are from employees!! This office is poorly managed. I don’t know why they bother scheduling appointments; the fastest I have been in and out is 3 hours. The longest? 8 hours. I spent an entire day in this office after scheduling an appointment and being on time. It seems like they are very understaffed. Other nurses/office staff from other sections of the practice are often floating around with no idea what they are doing. Dr. Mignon is stretched very thin. She is taking on too much, prioritizing quality over quantity. She is always in a rush and visibly overwhelmed. I get the impression she cares, but she just has her hands full. I have had to come back to the office because prescriptions weren’t sent to the pharmacy or written wrong. I’ve been given prescriptions for drugs I don’t take, and the wrong doseage of ones that I do. Careless mistakes. They don’t seem to care how much they inconvenience the patient or how many phone calls/trips to the office you have to make. The office manager, Sonja, has no degree or experience and performs cosmetic procedures. The whole place has a sketchy vibe that something illegal is going on

I’ve been going there off and on for about 3 years. Dr. Mignon and the nurses are good people. They’re looking out for their patients. The process has changed a lot since the last time I went but it’s for their own good so that they don’t lose their business. I believe in what they do and I believe that they care about their patients. Dr. Mignon has been so helpful through my struggles and this time, I’m actually listening and doing what I’m suppose to do and life is going so well for me now (knock on wood). If we do what they recommend and suggest then things go a lot smoother. Doctors offices can be a hassle at times and yes, sometimes we wait awhile but we also have to put ourselves in their shoes and sometimes see their point of view. They have a lot going on as well and have a lot more patients than just myself so that’s how I try to see it even though sometimes, I do get annoyed, if I have to wait for awhile. But Dr. Mignon and the health and wellness center is a great place and I’m so thankful for them. I do wish that the appointments were a bit cheaper for patients that don’t have insurance, I do consider how much I was spending when I was “using” but it’s still hard to pay for all the appointments on top of the medication. Regardless, they are helping me and I’ve been sober for a few months now besides the medication I’m on that they prescribe me. I would recommend this place and I have recommended it before. But it is a little costly but it’s better than being hooked on street drugs. Since getting on Suboxone again, my family life is great. My boyfriend and I are much happier and I have a wonderful job. Life is going good (knock on wood).

I see Rebecca Kaufman and she is one of the best healthcare providers I have ever seen. She’s very intelligent, nice and most of all compassionate. You can tell she really listens. You can see her a month later and she remembers what we talked about. She also explains conditions very well. Overall, she’s an awesome provider and I’m very happy to have her as my primary.
