I looked up cupping and Higher Level Healing came up. I met Ryan. He was interested in what I needed to get out of the visit and through a combination of techniques, including expert cupping, provided me with relief. His knowledge and techniques are truly higher level.
Ryan is very knowledgeable and cares about what he does. I had a pulled muscle and I swear he is a miracle worker. He paid attention to what I needed - from me and my body - and when I woke up the morning after my message was the first day it didn't hurt to get out of bed in weeks! I would recommend him a million times and will be returning to see Ryan soon!
Ryan Sullivan is a top notch LMT with a well-rounded experience in a variety of modalities, including Ashiatsu (using feet), which offers far greater psi of pressure utilizing the therapists body weight as opposed to hands and muscular pressure. A combination of both is very effective. He is also an expert in cupping, which is an effective massage technique to reduce tension and decrease pain. Handheld cups are placed on the surface of the skin whereby a suction technique is used to lift the epidermis skin and tissues from dermis and superficial fascia layers which increases the blood flow and can remove waste from body. To my knowledge Ryan is the only LMT that offers this effective technique. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking relief from muscular pain.
