Every time I come here, the customer service is amazing. Always greeted into the store with great employees. Plus, they always inform about all promotions and deals in the store. Store is well organized and clean. One of the best hot topics I've been to :)

Of course you know the store is small, and the had an employee blocking the entrance only letting a few people in at a time to allow for social distancing which was a plus for me. It made it easier to roam the store without bumping into anyone

The Governor's Square Mall Hot Topic is so great they are super friendly and actually helpful, unlike the Valdosta store location who I watch the female Manager tell an older customer that he could not enter without a mask, the man told her that he had one lung and was unable to wear a mask because of it restricting his breathing. She said well you cannot come in without a mask. That is discrimination against a handicapped individual. So we no longer shop at the Valdosta location. Go to Tallahassee for all your Hot Topic needs.
