This company responded immediately to my inquiry and spoke to about having a rep come look at space to cleaned and treated. The rep Todd was very flexible in when he could come out and allowed me to juggle things. He spoke to me after reviewing the area and explained the issue and options. After his visit I decided to go under and see myself and noticed all the installation was awful and proceeded to pull out. After several hours later, I informed Todd how thankful I was for companies like his as this job was no joke. There are so many beams to scrub treat and removal of installation was not fun. I wish I could report this company was hired and completed my project but buyers agent insisted on using Recon Restoration who not only did not complete but also hung up on me when asking when they were going to finish. Indoor Environmental people can trust their quotes as they actually come on site and see the situation. Indoor Environmental are professional and courteous. Indoor Environmental bring the experienced workers and take pride in their work!

Hands down, the company to call if you have a crawlspace. I researched and researched and talked to many people and other companies for the better part of 4 months prior to hiring them. The company sent John to our home to check for mold. He was very thorough and explained his findings with me. My husband and I have five children, and he answered their many questions and engaged with them as he worked. They followed him like a shadow and not once did he seem annoyed. The previous owner of my home solicited the help of IEM to resolve mold issues that resulted in 80,000 worth of damage to a five-year old house. Two dehumidifiers and two sump pumps were installed in the home's crawl space. Later IEM coordinated efficiently with another company that installed a radon mitigation system for my house. Over the years there have been problems with the dehumidifiers. For the most part IEM has been very responsive to my calls for service. There have been other times when that was not the case. I have had to replace both dehumidifiers. One I purchased from IEM and the second from another company that will take over maintenance of both units. IEM is a good company with fine employees and I have no reservations about referring them.
