Although it was kind of hard to get a hold of anybody over the phone I was helped wonderfully when I showed up in person. For security purposes I have my ring sent to the store and it got there in a timely manner and boy was it beautiful. My wife loved it and the experience itself was amazing.

This place is like the Wal Mart of jewelry stores except the prices aren't very low. They have a decent selection but its generic and stuff you see everywhere. Gem Collection is better imo.

If I could give zero stars I would. I've always wanted a mother's ring. Well my daughter purchased me one from Kay's. I received it let me just say this. It came with a tag made in China 10 kt no where on it. Looks cheap. Mind you she paid 350. 00 for a fake ring in my opinion unless Kay's can prove me wrong. I will discourage anyone from shopping there

Worst experience....I puchaced an item online that is available in store. Employees lied that I could have product picked up in store via gf for a surprise gift same day. She drove an hour to retrieve item...only to be told that she can't. Even though it has been purchased and is in stock. I called twice beforehand to confirm. I was told she can purchase item in the store and I can come in and return the other when it arrives....??? Makes absolute no sense to me. Ive made multiple purchases from Kay Jewelers in the past, but this experience has steered me to shop elsewhere from now on!
