Not sure why I made an Appointment, Made an Appt for 1:15 1/HR LATER I WAS STILL 5 people down, The door lady was not helpful. This is the Lake Jackson office. Do yourself a favor and just go to Jefferson county the drive and the employees are nicer.

Instead of improving with the changing times, the Leon County Tax Collector's office gets consistently worse as the years go by. There has to be a better system out there for Floridians instead of this antideluvian debacle. It's time for the LCTCO to become fully automated and get rid of the rude and ill equipped desk workers.

The hostess Mindella. Is a wonderful hostess. She made sure everyone got to there appointments on time and helped them with whatever she could. Great asset to this tax collector office. It’s all about how you speak to people, so please be kind!
