An upscale experience in the heart of Tallahassee. Britney is the best bartender in my personal opinion, her off-the-cuff drink recipes sure to please that person in your group who doesn't know what they want, although the whole bar crew on a Friday night is on point. Try the English Garden if you like gin. The place could use a few plants for oxygen enhancement and a truly modern flair, but I'm not complaining!

Nice rooftop lounge on the 8th floor of a hotel. Granted, Tallahassee doesn't have much of a skyline to look at, but still this is a cool place to have a drink.
Level 8 is a safe heaven to drink with a view. Drinks are a little overpriced but beer is fair priced. It's a nice environment for a business casual meeting or a date. Bartenders are efficient and they know their business. There is plenty of parking, and if you are hungry, you can either have food from Shula's or for their finger menu.
Great views but slow service. We ordered one round of drinks with water and it took several attempts to get the water delivered to our table. We would have ordered more drinks but the service was way to slow. I wish the attention to the guest was as awesome as the views. I will try one more time when I’m back in town for a FSU game.
I don't like to leave bad reviews, but this def warranted it. Service was beyond slow. My wife got here drink 10 minutes after ordering and I never got mine. I asked to put the football game on and the host said she would turn it right on. We asked her again and said she's doing it now. Never got turned on. Finally went up to the bar and the host was ignoring me and telling stories to other patrons. I waived her down and asked to cancel my drink and leave. She had no idea I didn't get my drink or have a clue what was going on. Bartender heard me and got defensive instead of apologizing and made a seen. Bartender was clearly incompetent, host was oblivious, and establishment should of had better help and management. Clowns. Circus grade clowns.
