Was canceled on twice, each time an hour before my appointment. They had a warehouse mislabel they only caught an hour before my appointment and canceled again. Lied to about recalibration specifics once, and when confronted was bribed with their 100 check for using their company. Very kind service people and I enjoyed speaking with them, but will not stand for being lied to in order to gain customers. If your vehicle has lane assist, you will need to go to the dealership in order to get it recalibrated (No tech who comes to you is able to recalibrate it. They lied about being able to recalibrate it on the spot with their “Recalibration Tech’s devices”). They tried to beat around the bush with this specific, and I really wish they were straight up about it from the start.
