I ordered a single pizza 45 minutes before close and Marco’s called and said their website is broken and they are closing and won’t make my pizza??? I had already paid for my pizza and everything. I’m pretty sure the employees just got lazy and wanted to close early. Switching to a new pizza joint bc Marcos is wack

I've been to Marco's Pizza two times, and really enjoyed it. I didn't have pizza, but had their Italian sub. There was a nice amount of meat (Italian ham, pepperoni, cheese, and pepers.). I'm sure I'm missing something, but it was hot and gooey and the price was reasonable and the service was on point. We went to the one near the Governor's Square Mall beside another favorite, Tropical Smoothie. I wished they had both in my hometown of Quincy, FL.
Our office pizza parties always include Marcos pizza! We had a small thanksgiving party this year and ordered from them. The Pizza was on time and tasted great. However we got two different sized pizza. We called and spoke to the manager and they kindly made us a new one and even delivered it in record time. They truly are a great and understanding company! 5 stars for sure! Thanks Magnolia store and especially MJ!
I had the all meat pizza bowl...I have celiac disease and thought I would give it a try. Whoever thought this up is genius!!! It was so incredibly good!!!! Loved it. The staff were very nice too!!!
When I went to pick up food recently, two of the four employees were not wearing masks, including the one running the register and one making the food. It is mandatory in this county and also basic human decency, not to mention the sign on the doors says they are mandatory in the store. If I hadn't already paid onlne, I would have walked out without my food. I did not feel safe eating it. I will not be back during the pandemic, certainly, and may never be back at all. It's pretty solid pizza, but it's not worth dying for. The blatant disregard for my family's safety is an insult. Just when I signed up for the loyalty program too...
Messed up my order and then rude employee. Pizza nothing out of the ordinary
