Horrible customer service!! Would not recommend to anybody!! We thought we would give them a shot with a wedding band for myself. When we got there to pick it up with the receipt on a time schedule to pick up family from the airport was refused the ability to take the ring. Even through we had the bank transaction of them pulling the money out and a paid receipt from a different employee who happened to be off. Finally we left the ring on the counter demanded the refund of the money, which they did, yet wouldn’t let us take the ring, no sense, and supposedly the guy helping us was the manager. Just ridiculous. Went to Kays without a problem and found same ring even cheaper! Do not use these guys!!
