I highly recommend this Morningstar location! The staff are highly communicative and really pleasant to work with. The property is well kept and feels safe, and I had no issues with my unit. I chose this company because they accept your packages and place them in your unit. I had multiple packages delivered to my unit, and they were all in great condition. They also allow you use their box truck at no additional cost. I would definitely use this location again.

The staff is uncommunicative and spiteful. Serious attitude issues coming from management, Felicia. I’ve exercised nothing but communication and had set a positive tone with them from the start. I reached out any time I had questions or wasn’t sure of something and wanted to remain respectful. All of a sudden, there’s been nothing but spite and animosity from management down. Extremely disappointed.

I got a unit at Morningstar Storage! Felicia Rodriguez, she was fast and understanding to my needs. I would recommend any one who need a fast, clean, and affordable storage unit, just ask for Mrs. Felicia!!!
Highly recommending Morningstar Storage. Ms Felicia and Ms Denise did an amazing job getting me setup for storing my boats on there gorgeous well kept property. They were very professional, great communicators with quick replies, and super fast at getting things done for me. And they kept in mind my sense of security, my time, and safety, through the whole process
