Went here for the first time today and did not have the best experience. The receptionist tried charging me a 162 copay when I know its 5. I then waited 45 minutes just for them to ask me if I was willing to pay it. Then 30 more minutes for them to say that it was, in fact, a 5 copay. I had to wait a total of 2.5 hours after my original appointment to be seen by the doctor. The doctor was incredible amazing and thorough, but the front of house is not something I would like to deal with again.

I had an awesome experience with Nature Coast first off with Covid-19 cases steadily rising the fact that I was able to fill out the new patient form on my phone was awesome. Secondly I was greeted by the front office staff and had only a few minutes wait. Once I got to see Dr. O was very pleasant, straight forward and knowledgeable. I was thoroughly impressed and happy to now have him as my primary care physician. I highly recommend Nature Coast to anyone seeking medical advice.

I had the worst experience with them. They very much need to be shut down. I was there up until I was 20 weeks I never met dr O once. All they did was check my baby heart beat and collect 5 co pays. They never kept me up to date with anything even when I explained to them any complications i had. They would tell me Everything is fine. But I felt something was wrong with me. My eyes would feel like I was going blind I had terrible headaches/nausea and they told me I could only get 3 ultrasounds my whole pregnancy only to switch doctors and find out my baby had Hydrops Fetalis and at 24 weeks I had to deliver my daughter already sleeping I would NOT recommend nature’s coast. I wouldn’t even give them 1 star but that’s not an option.

I had a pleasant appointment for primary care with Dr. Okoroji and his student Rebecca. His office was a little busy and it took some time to be seen but, he was very professional, polite and thorough with questions asked. I received a really good impression of him and his staff. I felt heard and did not feel rushed. He had a great bedside manner.

I saw the gynecologist the 1st day but that was the last time I saw him. There is poor communication between the nurse and the patient. Communication is not timely at all. I ordered labs two months ago and still haven't got them processed because of a mix up with my insurance company and the office. This should have been fixed a long time ago. I asked for. Referall 3 months ago and just got a call back. Would not recommend this office.
