I had a great experience. The wait wasn’t too long, they are very clear about what to expect. The doctor did seem a bit rushed but that is to be expected. I had a surgical procedure and they do their best to make you feel relaxed. The nurse during the procedure made me feel completely comfortable with her straight forward instructions and kind demeanor. The laughing gas definitely helped a lot and I didn’t even feel the pain from the lidocaine stick because I was so focused on breathing through the cramps. It is a fairly painful procedure but it doesn’t last long at all and the recovery room afterwards is very calming. They give you snacks and drinks as well as a heating pad and soft music and the woman in the recovery room gave clear after care instructions. There were several other girls in the recovery room with me who seemed extremely distraught and this was my main complaint. I wish it had been more private. Otherwise the staff was awesome, doctor was very professional, and the whole thing was a positive experience.

I am a minor and went there because I had to finish a miscarriage and the WHITE lady at the front desk who claims she is the supervisor was very RUDE and INSENSITIVE. She also was being very sarcastic and had an attitude, like she just needs to be fired because I’m definitely leaving this review and will reach out to someone who helps keep them open . Okay , so a few weeks ago I went back for my follow up and told the manager about my experience and the manager handled it so well , she terminated the lady of course after going through security footage and hearing me ask repeatedly to speak to someone of a hire position
I dont want to say this experience was bad but it wasn't good. The wait alone took over 5 hours and the staff didn't seem to care of your time or personal needs. If you plan on having the procedure and not the pill expect to be here for hours. The staff is cordial not nice, nor rude. Although there was one lady who did come off as snippy and rude. The nicest person i encountered was the lady who did the blood test. She was polite, informative (as much as she could be ) and honest. I didn't so much feel like "cattle" because like any busy doctors office they kind of hurry you through but when i was asked questions they were very polite to me and made sure i had my questions asked. The scariest part was just waiting. They say it doesn't hurt but i heard numerous women crying out in pain so i have no idea at this point as i have no gotten anything done yet.i am currently still waiting.
Not a bad place. Just took all day long. Literally. 9:30 am - 4 pm. A lot a lot of waiting and waiting.
Worst experience of my life. I explain I didn’t want to move forward with the procedure. The Dr. stormed out of the room I was taking by shock the nurse came in I explained I was going to try again. The nurse was really rude saying I’m going to try to get him to come backreally firm and rude. I could not tell the doctor yes I wanted the procedure verbally. I still wasn’t sure of myself and I know the nurse and doctors knew it. He came back saying I may have to refer you to a new Orleans place if you jump or move. I got the procedure done. my mental state was terrible then and even worst now. I received the suction the pain was so bad I called out for God to help me. Hyperemesis illness brought me to the clinic. The nurse threatened to take away the gas mask from me. Please don’t do it it’s the biggest mistake of my life. I cry every day!
This place blew me away. Even though I was in the worst pain ever, EVERYBODY was so nice! From the young lady in the front desk to the doctor performing the procedures-- just phenomenal. My experience was a 10/10
