They charge an arm and a leg for everything! The owner is a veteran but of what? However, I will not patronize this business again. I took my bills there over a week ago and they have not been received yet! I hate when \businesses\ always blame the other parties!! If your customers are unhappy, then its your Responsibility to get to the root of the problem and FIX IT!!!!!!!!!! ASAP!!
This is a local, friendly, family run biz and you can tell they care about what they're shipping! They protect and ship ANYTHING practically ANYWHERE without damaging it - ask them about some of the stuff they've transported. Highly recommended.
The customer service is beyond excellent. The service representatives are very knowledgeable and accommodating. One of the few places in Tallahassee with phenomenal service.
Super nice person working there! I had a preposted government envelope that I needed to send out, but it was Friday night after the store was closed. It had to be delivered on Monday. I saw the light on at 9:30 @ night and a clerk, or owner, opened the door to help out. He took the envelope & said he would take care of it for me. Thank you for caring and taking the time!
