I had unbearable pain that started over the weekend and needed some serious relief. I contacted Tallahassee Dental Specialist. Dr. Barocio had me come in and access, diagnose and propose the solution. She was able to get Dr. Matt of Periodontics & Implant Dentistry to see me the same day and considering the issue I had, it was a pleasant experience. I still have a ways to go, but knowing that they really have your best interest at heart makes it that more tolerable. Dr Barocio, Dr. Matt and their whole team are such compassionate people. They treat you like family. I am so glad that my husband referred me to their dental office. I will definitely refer other friends and family to their practice for future dental care.

Every detail of my appointment was clear. Each step explained, every question answered, some I didn't even know to ask! The office was spotless. The equipment indicative of the high level of investment and commitment to best practices. The time spent was generous and thorough. I have confidence in my upcoming procedures.

With Dr. Rasmussen I had No pain w the procedure, recover was great w no issues, follow up office visits were outstanding and the pricing was more than fair! I was referred to Dr. Rasmussen from my general dentist. I was recommended to have gum grafting. Part of my client work has been in the dental field for 26 years. I have been completely impressed with the professionalism of the staff, the utilization of technology and the communication. Gum grafting is a serious procedure, however, Dr. Rasmussen and his team did an excellent job on pre op, day of and recovery. The team is first class.

As I do every 3 months I went to PIDT to get my teeth cleaned by Tiffany Shepherd, RDH. Tiffany has been cleaning my teeth for the last several years and I attribute the success that I have had in seriously slowing my periodontal issues to her meticulous professional cleanings. Along with her professional talent, I find her welcoming and a pleasure to talk to. I have recommended contacts of mine who are in need of such services go to this office based purely on her talents as a dental hygienist. (Trust me, I have gone to other hygienists in the past whose major goal seemed to be how quickly they could get me done and out of their chair.) Tiffany always takes the time to notice where I need to concentrate a little more with my brushing and to make sure I have the tools I need to maintain my teeth between visits.
