We emailed this company with shed snake skin with the hopes of identifying the type of snake it was as we have two dogs that run the back yard and just had one put down a few months back after being bit by a baby rattler.....all of this from a picture. And within an hour....he replied telling us its a non-venomous variety of snake...easing our worries. This company has, by far, earned our business!!!

I lost my dog a few months back to a rattlesnake bite. I just found the skin of a snake and took pictures to email to the company to find out if it was indeed the snake that may have bitten my dog.
