Good selection. Poor customer service and staff knowledge. If you're going to have someone work in small animals, at least feed them accurate information. It doesn't take much to have a base level knowledge of hamsters, guinea pigs, mice, gerbils, ferrets, and chinchillas.
Customer service was top-notch as it always is when I am in there. It would be nice if they had more registers open however I do understand the struggle when it comes to trying to maintain payroll but have enough lanes open so customers do not have to wait
PetSmart is very helpful and getting pet and teaching you how to do them at home and stuff I would recommend them to anybody
I love bring my dogs their the staff is always very nice and helpful so are thr Animal doctor's
