Local personnel are very nice and courteous. They do not have any authority concerning issues of safety of residents, however, and it is my opinion that this is a dangerous place to live. I am an older disabled American and I have been attacked twice in the past three weeks first by residents "posing" as guests for over almost a year. They have felony records and cannot sing a lease so they go around this. Management refuses to correct this. The second was by a group of local thugs who take over the swimming pools after hours on a regular basis. Today, 12:23 pm on Father's Day, Tallahassee Police had to run off yet another guest ( a vagrant) who had been at pool since 3 am. The "visitors" as they have learned to call themselves play music with racial slurs and profanity so it is not a good place for children or persons of faith. This is a serious problem. It has not improved in months of written, spoken, or complaints in person. TPD has been great at responding. They cannot do anything without whoever owns or operates the property giving them some help. Additionally, yesterday I was told that the prostitution that occurs in front of the office cannot be dealt with unless it is " seen " by police. I checked nearby apartments and they have taken measures to eliminate these problems.

when i moved in....someone was already living in the apt,roaches!!!!huge ones to...well good news is that if you have a dog,theirs a dog park,thats good,but other than that. bad news is that you can feel when someone is walkin gon your floor,my living table shakes whens someone walking ,and i live by the stairs so i always hear people coming up and dow,most annyoing hing,i hear my neighbors below me fight all the time to,so annoying,the water is out about once a month,so annoying,other than that its ok...i think the rent should be less like 400 for a 1/1 andone of the walls in the living room is like cardboard or something but overall the apt is ok,they need better people working in the office though
