Brought my girlfriends children in for a trial class tonight and was impressed. I train Jiu Jitsu myself and have to say they have one of the best children's programs I have seen. They had two purple belts a white belt AND two black belts instructing. Plenty of attention available for all the children.

I would highly recommend this place! Everyone here was welcoming and made training feel like a team effort. I'v trained at many places in and out of state and this place is by far one of the best places I can say I've had the privilege to train at. Cannot wait to go back and learn more from these guys!

My Grandson has been going here for almost a year . He loves it . Is frustrated by it when it challenges him . Practices around the house and often times wants to put a hold on his baby sister . When he started he wasn’t going everyday ; however , when he goes daily he really grasps more of what they are teaching him . The staff is excellent , calming and full of energy ! They teach respect & self control among other principals that these students will use for their lifetimes . So happy our little guy is going here . Such a wonderful foundation !

They have some of the smartest professors who can teach you the smallest details for your bjj game, they’ll flow with you or can get you comp ready. Don’t feel any nerves about trying it out they’ll treat you like family the whole time your there definitely has to be the best place in Tallahassee for great teaching and great rolls!!!!
